4. In "Erase All Content & Settings" screen, tap Erase iPhone to continue.
5. Enter your Apple ID password to sign out of iCloud account used in this iPhone.

Step 6: When it asks you to select Restore or Update option for your iPhone, select Restore.
Wait for your iTunes to erase all the data, remove forgotten passcode, and restore iPhone to factory settings.
